Knit & Stitch
We have a Knit & Stitch group that meets on Tuesdays from 10.00 am - 12 noon, at Wesley Memorial Church, New Inn Hall Street.
It is also possible to join in virtually via Zoom from 10.30 am.
Everyone is welcome, whether experienced at knitting or crochet or just learning. We have spare hooks, needles, and loads of wool. We also have lots of people on hand to help with any questions - craft based, theological, or anything and everything in between! You're also welcome to bring another craft with you.
The group makes a wide variety of knitted and crocheted items which have included hats, gloves and scarves for the homeless, baby blankets and hats for special care babies, blankets for refugees, poppies, prayer shawls and church banners.
